Our Story

Slow Burn began with a simple belief: the Rogue Valley deserved better barbecue. After years of cooking for friends, family, and community events, it became clear that Southern Oregon was missing something—real smoke, balanced flavor, and a signature sauce made right here at home.

What started around the fire turned into a mission. Slow Burn was built to bring bold, handcrafted BBQ to Ashland and to create a sauce line that reflects the creativity, craft, and character of the region. Every batch is made in small quantities with honest ingredients and an obsession for getting the flavor just right.
